Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Signalyst mobile application and related services (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the App.

2. The service

The App provides algorithmic buy/sell/hold signals, market data, watchlist and portfolio tracking, news, and personalized notifications across supported stock markets. Signals are generated from deterministic, rules-based analysis of market data; machine-learning models rank and filter them, and AI is used to explain them. Market data may be delayed and can contain errors.

3. No financial advice

• All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
• Nothing in the App is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security, and it does not consider your personal financial situation.
• Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of your capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Always do your own research and consult a qualified, licensed professional before making financial decisions.

4. Subscriptions, trial & billing

• Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. New users may receive a 7-day free trial, after which the subscription renews at $5/month or $36/year (or the local-currency equivalent).
• Payment is charged to your Google Play account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in Google Play. Deleting the App or your Signalyst account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refunds for Google Play purchases are handled under Google Play's policies.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account is for one person; sharing accounts is not permitted and may be blocked.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including: reverse-engineering or scraping the service, circumventing access controls or rate limits, reselling or redistributing our data or signals, or using the App for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its content, and its branding are owned by Signalyst or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signalyst is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
